The breakfasts were always enjoyable and tasty with cereal available as well and the toast, as example. The hotel's location was remote, by a gently running stream under the window.

Superb breakfast, nicely furnished rooms with extremely comfy beds. Good location next to Thor's Cave, Chatsworth, Hardwick Hall, all nearby, Peak District and the Manifold Inn restaurant for a meal the scenery

No reason to complain, the venue met requests, would recommend it. The breakfast food was LOVELY and reasonably-priced.

Everything was lovely, had a fine stay in both nights of our stay. This hotel had a central position in the snug area. Besides, we were short walk to friendly staff trying very hard to please and the delightful restaurant.

Overall had wonderful stay in both nights of our stay. The location was great, friendly in the pub! Moreover, it was near to Thor's cave and Pilsbury Castle, a mildly hilly 6 mile circuit.

The location of this hotel so close to pub in the evening in the restaurant, the old railway line and industrial archeological sites nearby was marvellous. Moreover, it was 3 km from Wetton Hill.

Everything was amazing, so were worth every penny views of the hills. Everything met the purpose, had a very nice stay for a romantic weekend. Tasty and superb breakfast with coffee, tea, toast, eggs, and bacon, liked its service.
